Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our activity boxes, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed or dispatched.

We take great care to ensure that your box arrives in perfect condition. However, if an item is damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to help resolve this for you.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of your first order, provided your box has not yet been dispatched.
