THE BOXES
What is Sprig & Spark?
Sprig & Spark is an activity box company aimed at kids aged 4–11. Every box contains a pre-mixed baking pouch and a hands-on make activity, all centred around a fun theme. No hunting for supplies, no stressful prep, just brilliant quality time together, delivered to your door.
What ages are the boxes suitable for?
Our boxes are suitable for children aged from 4+ depending on the box. Please read the product description before placing an order.
What’s inside each box?
Every box contains a pre-mixed baking pouch with a recipe card so you can bake together straight away and an activity kit.
How much grown-up help is needed for the activities?
Sprig & Spark is all about teamwork and creating screen-free memories together. As our boxes involve baking (including oven use) and hands-on making, adult supervision is always required.
For baking, you’ll receive easy-to-follow recipe cards. Younger children may need more hands-on help, while older children can take the lead with you nearby.
Our make activities are handpicked for quality, safety and suitability.
Where do you source your products from?
We source our items from a mix of trusted suppliers, including UK-based businesses, independent brands and well-known names.
Every item is carefully chosen to ensure it’s safe, engaging and something your child will genuinely enjoy.
Are the boxes eco-friendly?
We are committed to keeping our adventures as kind to the planet as they are fun for your kids. All of our baking pouches and cardboard boxes are recyclable and we always prioritise UK-sourced ingredients and reusable materials for our crafts.
To make sure your kits survive the British weather and arrive on your doormat dry and pristine, we do use waterproof, recyclable mailers for shipping. We are actively searching for the best plant-based alternatives to these, and we’re always working to reduce single-use plastics across our entire range as we grow!
ORDERING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers. We never store your card details ourselves.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my box ship?
As a small family business, we hand-pack every kit with care! We dispatch orders Monday to Friday within 1–2 working days of your purchase. Orders placed on Friday afternoons or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
Once your order is on its way via Royal Mail, we’ll send you a dispatch notification so you can look out for it landing on your doormat.
If we’re ever away or there are any unexpected delays, we’ll always let you know as soon as possible.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Please get in touch if you’re in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Islands and we’ll do our best to help.
How will my box be delivered and will I need to be in?
Your box will be delivered by Royal Mail. You’ll receive a dispatch email with information when your box is on its way. If you’re not in, your courier will follow your standard delivery preferences or leave a calling card.
What if my box arrives damaged?
We pack every box carefully but if something arrives damaged please take a photo and email us at hello@sprigandspark.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS
Does the baking pouch contain allergens?
Every pouch has a full ingredients list with allergens in bold (e.g. gluten, milk). Check labels before use. We avoid nuts where possible, however we cannot guarantee that our pouches are completely free from allergens as some items may be produced in environments that handle ingredients such as milk, eggs, nuts, wheat and soy
Are the bakes vegan friendly?
Most of our recipes are designed to be flexible! You can easily swap the wet ingredients for your favourite plant based alternatives!
Please note that certain months may have extras like chocolate chips or topping which may contain dairy. These are always packed in separate pouches so that you can choose to swap them for your own vegan options at home.
