Welcome to Sprig & Spark! By purchasing an activity box from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Sprig & Spark

Sprig & Spark provides boxes designed for children aged 4–11, containing creative, educational, and themed items delivered to your chosen address.  All products are designed for use under adult supervision.  Our website also offers account access for managing accounts, personal details, and payment preferences. 

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• Account creation: To access your account, you must be at least 18 years old.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Account information: All information you provide must be accurate and up to date. Please update your details promptly if they change.

3. Payments

• All products are sold as one-off purchases. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time — any changes will be reflected on the website before purchase.
• Please see Section 6 for information about your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of payment being received, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoons or weekends will be dispatched the following Monday.  Delivery timescales depend on the postage option selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers once dispatched. Delivery is available within United Kingdom only.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your date of purchase without giving a reason, provided your box has not yet been dispatched. Once a box has entered dispatch, we are unable to offer a refund. To exercise your right to cancel within this period, please contact us at hello@sprigandspark.co.uk.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once orders have been processed and dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Sprig & Spark website in a lawful and respectful way. You may not:

• Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
• Use automated systems to access or collect data.
• Post or share anything unlawful, offensive, or harmful.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, images, text, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Sprig & Spark. You may not copy, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data

We take privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including that of minors.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Sprig & Spark boxes and materials are designed for supervised use by children aged 4–11. Adult supervision is recommended at all times.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our products or website, except as required by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent behavior. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will take effect once published on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our boxes may contain ingredients that include or have been exposed to allergens such as milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, barley and soy.

While some recipes may be adapted to suit dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for specific dietary requirements, including vegan diets.

Customers are responsible for checking all ingredients before use.

14. Product Use, Safety & Supervision

Our products are intended for children but must be used under appropriate adult supervision at all times.  You are responsible for assessing whether each activity is suitable for your child’s age and ability before use.

15. Third-Party Products & Liability

Our boxes may include items sourced from third-party suppliers and wholesalers. While we take care to source from reputable suppliers, we rely on the information and assurances provided by those manufacturers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprig & Spark shall not be held liable for defects, damages, or issues arising from the use of third-party products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

16. Personalisation

Where personalisation is offered (e.g. child’s name), customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout.

17. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to make changes to our products, pricing, and service at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
